Terms and conditions

Once you’ve called or emailed Suzanne to establish the availability of your desired date, the Salzburg Wedding Company will hold your requested time and day for up to 5 days before needing a 50% deposit of total balance due. Weddings are reserved on a first come first served basis. Submission of your signed application and payment of the rental deposit is required to confirm your date and time. The final balance will be due in full 1 month prior to your wedding day. Payments may be made by Bank transfer or credit cards. Credit card fee of 3.5% applies.

Our weddings will take place at 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm 4pm and 5pm (4pm in the Winter months).

Refund Policy
Cancellations and date changes must be requested in writing and emailed to Suzanne@salzburgweddingcompany.com In case the event is cancelled, the following refund policy will be exercised:

50% Refund: If cancelled between date of signing and 90 days prior to scheduled event

40% Refund: If cancelled between 30 – 89 days prior to scheduled event

No Refund: If cancelled within 29 days of the scheduled event

In the event of extreme weather or Government Mandates we can reschedule your wedding or event up to a year out without fee’s or penalties. For cancellations due to any of the above situations our regular cancellation policy applies.

Any equipment or decorations you may want to bring must be set up and broken down within your scheduled rental times and discussed with Suzanne prior to the wedding.

A credit card is needed to secure the wedding and will be charged for extra time after the 15 minute grace time. Charges will start at €150 for each half hour after the prearranged time on the rental contract.
